Charlie Bear Treacle Toffee

Treacle Toffee is a panda from the 2023 Charlie Bear plush collection.  This unique-looking friend has long brown fur and is wearing a two-colored scarf similar to the one his friend Vanilla Pudding wears.  This 18.5 inch fully-jointed panda is excited to find his new home!
